The Team
Somer Ventures is led by Austin Somer, a capital markets advisor with experience structuring and placing commercial real estate debt across a wide range of projects, capital structures, and market conditions.
Austin has worked closely with entrepreneurial and institutional sponsors to translate project objectives into executable financing strategies, advising on construction, bridge, and permanent debt placements nationwide. His approach is grounded in institutional underwriting discipline, clear communication, and a strong focus on certainty of close.
